You have 14 days from receipt to request a return. Email info@capszn.com with your order number.

Condition

Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Handcrafted pieces — we only take back what was never worn.

Return Shipping

The buyer pays return shipping. Use a tracked service — we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund

Once received and inspected, we refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
